About Think Later
Think Later is an English-language productivity app for iPhone and iPad. Capture saves your original text, Workspace organizes entries, Review helps clarify missing details and Plan shows scheduled entries.
Local features work without registration. Ask Assistant requires email sign-in and a configured server and AI provider. Entries and chat history are stored locally and are not automatically synchronized or restored on another device.
Developer and agreement
These terms concern your use of Think Later, provided by an independent individual developer operating under the Think Later name. App identifier: app.thinklater.ios.
Use the app only if you can enter into these terms under the law applicable to you, or with any permission that law requires. If you do not agree, stop using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Your app license
For an App Store download, the license to use the app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a separate applicable license is provided through the App Store. These terms describe the app’s use and services and do not replace that license.
You may use the app for lawful personal productivity purposes in accordance with that license and the applicable App Store rules. Apple is not the operator of the developer’s assistant service or the provider of support for it. Contact the developer for app support.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights to the thoughts and other content you enter. You authorize processing of that content only as needed for the functions you choose, such as storing it, deriving entries, and sending the selected context to the assistant when you request it. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content.
Only enter or transmit information you are entitled to use. Do not use the app or a connected service to violate another person’s rights, break applicable law, gain unauthorized access, distribute harmful software, or deliberately disrupt the service.
Use an email address you control, and protect your device, sign-in codes and connection credentials. A session token grants access to your account’s API; do not share it publicly or send it in a support message.
Planning and interpretation
English text is interpreted using local rules, which can misunderstand dates, times or intent. Review generated entries and scheduled times before relying on them.
Plan is an in-app schedule. The current version does not send system reminders or create Apple Calendar events. Think Later is not intended for emergency, medical, legal, financial or other safety-critical decisions, or as the only record of a critical deadline.
Optional assistant and availability
You choose whether to send a message to the assistant. The selected entry context, original thought and recent conversation are processed by your configured server, OpenRouter and the selected AI model provider. Their operator controls configuration, availability and request limits.
Replies may be inaccurate or incomplete. The assistant may propose new entries or changes. Review the preview and confirm in the app before those changes are saved locally. The service does not apply changes on your behalf. It is not a professional advice or emergency service.
Network or provider failures can interrupt a request. Messages are saved locally for manual retry. Availability and a particular response time are not guaranteed; the app is not a cloud backup service.
Payments and future features
The current build has no in-app purchases or subscription flow. Any App Store download price is shown by Apple before you obtain the app. These terms do not authorize a new charge.
If paid features are introduced, their price and any additional terms will be presented before purchase. Apple handles purchases and refunds it processes, subject to applicable law. Features described as planned are not commitments to deliver them on a particular date.
Privacy and stopping use
The Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional assistant processing and retention. It is not blanket consent to every possible use of your information.
You may stop using the app at any time. Log out to revoke the current session while keeping local data. Settings → Delete Account deletes the account and active server-held data and removes that account’s local chats; entries remain. Settings → Remove Local Data clears the current local workspace separately. Uninstalling does not delete server, provider or backup copies.
Access may be restricted for security reasons, unlawful use or material misuse, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. Mandatory data-access and consumer rights continue to apply.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law and consistent with the applicable app license, the app and optional services are provided as available, without a promise that they will be error-free or meet every particular purpose.
The developer is not responsible for losses caused solely by a server the developer does not operate, your unauthorized sharing of credentials, or your failure to review an incorrectly interpreted entry, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable statutory warranties, consumer remedies, or liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or other protected categories. No provision removes a mandatory right you have against the developer or Apple.
Governing law and changes
These terms do not designate an exclusive court or require arbitration. Applicable law and competent courts are determined by the legal rules that apply to your circumstances and any applicable app license.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, these terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.
These terms may be revised as the app changes. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, and any required agreement will be requested. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen.
Questions about these terms
For questions about using Think Later or these terms, contact the individual developer. Include a description of your question and the app version if relevant.
